1977
July. 30, Cheong Woon Academy, the judical person, approved the authority by the Ministry of Education.
Aug. 01, Rhee Ki-seok, M. D. Ph.D. appointed as the first chairman of board of directors.
Dec. 03, Teajon Technical School of Health Care officially recognized by the Ministry of Education.
1978
Jan. 24, Professor Roh Byung-kwon appointed as the first principal.
Mar. 13, Taejon Technical School of Health Care opened & 1st Entrance Ceremony held.
Dec. 28, The status of Taejon Medical Junior College attained.
1980
Feb. 28, 1st Commencement Ceremony held.

Feb. 01, Exchange Program with South Baylor University in U.S.A. started.
Aug. 01, Professor Ahn Byung-moo appointed as the 2nd president.
